Viva Tech job fair, the marketplace for startups
The Viva Technology job fair, co-organized by Publicis and Les Echos, is making a big comeback! The second edition of this major event dedicated to technology will take place in the Exhibition Hall of the Porte de Versailles from the 15th to the 17th of June in Paris.
A total of 5,000 startups and 100 major brands are expected to attend this year. In addition to discovering technological innovations, the show also aims to help companies find undiscovered jewels.
Hall 3 – A new job platform
This year, the ManpowerGroup has created the Talent Connect platform where candidates can submit their application to be in with the chance of winning an interview during the event.
Hall 2 – 3 in 4 vacancies proposed by startups
More than 530 vacancies have already been published on the site, an increase of 61% compared to last year. A quarter of these job offers come from big companies like BNP Paribas, Air Liquid or Air France while the rest of the posts to be filled are in startups. To date, nearly 1,200 candidates have already applied with another 500 applications expected by the opening of the fair.
Hall 3 – Focus on the digital sector
All sectors and professions are represented at Viva Tech. However, according to ManpowerGroup managers, this year holds a special attraction for the digital professions such as data scientists, full-stack engineers …
Hall 2 – An ultra fast process
Designed in partnership with Data4job and WelcomeToTheJungle, the Talent Connect platform allows applicants to download their CV in less than a minute. With this tool, companies will have the opportunity to meet hundreds of candidates at the same location. Attendees will also be able to test innovative HR tools.
